On the 16th & 17th April 2011 the 8th Style Session will take place in Saas-Fee. Since 2008 the snowboarders and free skiers compete in a kind of Crew Battle. Spectacular jumps are guaranteed!
|
Already for the eighth time, the Style Session will come to Saas-Fee. Freeskiers and snowboarders are called upon to show their best tricks in the top shaped Snowpark Morenia. The qualification for the crew battle will start on Saturday in the snow park Morenia. Riders from all over Switzerland will compete in teams of three to five against each other. During this jam session the teams are allowed to start as often as they want to. On Sunday there will be the big showdown. Here the best crews of the qualification will fight for the best places (KO-System).
The annual event is organized by snowboarders, namely the RideNow Crew, with the motto "Ride with us!".

New in 2010: the test centre at the contest area. Saturday and Sunday several snowboards & skis from K2, Nitro, Nidecker, Gnu, Lib Tech & Roxy could be tested. Furthermore there was a nice side program on Saturday afternoon at the NoOne Bar (sports court Kalbermatten) with Newcomerlaberworld and Après-Style Session. Finally the big BONK!-party took place at the Popcorn Bar.
